Interior painting

Walls, ceilings, trim and doors

A crisp paint job starts before the paint. We move and cover furniture, patch holes and nail pops, sand, caulk the gaps, prime the stains and cut in every line by hand.

Most homes take three to six working days. We use low-odor, zero-VOC paints by default, and we’ll clean up daily.

  • Patching, sanding and caulking included
  • Two coats on every wall
  • Low-odor, zero-VOC paint by default
  • Daily cleanup and photo updates

Exterior painting

Built for Colorado sun, wind and hail

Our exterior season runs April through October. We wash, scrape, sand, spot-prime and re-caulk before a drop of paint goes on, then apply two coats of a flexible, UV-resistant acrylic.

We’re EPA Lead-Safe Certified, so houses built before 1978 get the right protection for your family and ours.

  • Pressure wash, scrape and spot-prime
  • Rotten trim and siding replaced as needed
  • Two coats, with a five-year warranty
  • Scaffolding for tall gables and stairwells

Cabinet refinishing

A new kitchen look without the remodel

We take doors and drawer fronts to our finishing room, degrease, sand, prime with a bonding primer and spray two coats of cabinet enamel. Cabinet frames are finished on-site, and we re-hang everything with fresh hinges.

Expect five to seven working days, and a kitchen you can still use on most of them.

  • Sprayed in a clean room, not brushed in your kitchen
  • Bonding primer and hard enamel for a durable finish
  • New soft-close hinges and pulls available
  • Three-year warranty

Decks & fences

Cleaned, sanded, stained and sealed

Sun and snow beat up a Colorado deck. We wash with a wood brightener, sand the boards and rails, replace anything split and apply two coats of a penetrating stain or a clear sealer. We pick a dry, warm window, and we write the next re-seal date on a card.

Fences are done the same way, by the foot.

  • Brightener, sanding and two coats of stain
  • Replacement of warped or split boards
  • Fences, pergolas and railings too
  • Two-year warranty

Drywall repair

Patches that disappear

Holes, cracks, water damage, nail pops and popcorn ceilings. Beth and the interior crew cut, patch, tape, finish and texture to match, then prime so the repair doesn’t show through the paint.

We do small repairs as part of any paint job, and quote bigger ones separately.

  • Holes and cracks of any size
  • Water-stained ceilings cut out and replaced
  • Texture matched, knockdown or orange peel
  • Popcorn ceiling removal

About the work

What paint do you use?

Professional-grade acrylics from the big manufacturers, chosen for the surface: scrubbable, low-odor paints inside, and UV-resistant, flexible exterior paints made for high-altitude sun. Your quote names the product and sheen, and you can ask for something else.

My house was built before 1978. Is lead paint a worry?

It can be. We’re an EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm, so we test when needed, contain the work area with plastic, use HEPA vacuums and wash everything down. If you have kids or a baby on the way, tell us and we’ll plan around it.

How do you refinish kitchen cabinets without them chipping?

We take the doors and drawer fronts to a sealed finishing room, degrease them, sand, prime with a bonding primer, and spray two coats of a hard cabinet enamel. Frames are done on-site with the same coatings. A proper cure, not just a quick coat of paint, is what keeps them from chipping.

What does your warranty cover?

Two years on interior work, three on cabinets, and five on exteriors against peeling, blistering and cracking from our workmanship. If something fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. Our Warranty & payment page has the details.
