A 2008-built two-story with faded blue siding, chalky south-facing trim and a garage the sun had bleached white.
The builder-grade paint on this house had lasted about 15 years, which is typical in Northern Colorado. The south and west walls were chalking badly, and the trim had hairline cracks.
We pressure-washed, hand-scraped, spot-primed and re-caulked every joint. A deeper navy went on the siding in two coats, with white trim and a refreshed garage door.
The result
It took seven working days with five painters, with scaffolding on the tall gable. The crew covered every shrub, and the homeowners got a photo update each afternoon.
“We got four quotes, and Wyatt’s crew was on and off our two-story in a week. They covered every shrub and cleaned up so well we couldn’t tell they’d been here.”
