A 1990s two-story with builder-beige walls, scuffed trim and ceilings that had never been painted.
The owners were starting a new job and wanted a clean slate. Luis’s crew painted nine rooms, the hall and the stairs: walls in two warm whites, ceilings in a flat white, and trim and doors in a satin white enamel.
We moved and covered furniture, patched about forty nail holes, sanded the trim and caulked every gap.
The result
Six working days, a house that smells like nothing and a final walk-through with Cole and a roll of blue tape for any touch-ups.
“Nine rooms in six days, and I never once had to ask where anyone was. Cole walked every wall with me at the end with a flashlight and a roll of blue tape.”
